As an engineer-turned-biologist, my interest wavered from once being a part-time environmental biotechnologist to what I now prefer to call myself as-a fundamental biologist. Initial experiences piqued my curiosity to work with these inanimate-looking life forms which not only feed us but also have the one of the most interesting physiology to cope up with different environmental factors. Yes, I am talking about plants. I am a final year Ph.D. student in plant sciences at IGC, Portugal. I love to travel and explore new places, reading about world history and currently have developed a new fascination I want to have some hands-on: being a YouTuber!
