The Regional YIMs were conceived to be scientist-driven initiatives, with support from IndiaBioscience, to promote the ethos of the annual Young Investigator Meeting among local scientific communities across India.
Prof. Amartya Mukhopadhyay won the Tata Transformation Prize 2024 in December for his work.
