User Submission Terms

When Research Matters invites submissions, or when members of the public want to publish content on the website, the submissions remain the intellectual property of Research Matters / Gubbi Labs Research Foundation.

Users submitting the content to our website also affirm that the submissions are their own creative work, is accurate to the best of their knowledge, and has not been plagiarised in any manner. In the event of detected plagiarism, or intentional inaccuracies Research Matters reserves the right to take any actions against the contributing users.

You also agree that Research Matters / Gubbi Labs Research Foundation has no obligation to accept, maintain, or preserve any of your contributions to our service. We do not provide a storage or archive service for user-contributed content.

Usage of the submitted content for personal non-commercial purposes such as personal weblogs, social media and any other form is accepted so long the content has been submitted 30 days prior to Research Matters before the event of publishing, and  the same there-of does not pose any conflict of interest to both parties.

Research Matters / Gubbi Labs Research Foundation has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor user submissions to our website to determine compliance with these Terms and any other applicable rules that it may establish. We have the right in our sole discretion to edit, remove or block any material submitted to or posted in any forum, profile page or other service provided through this website. Without limiting the foregoing, we have the right to remove any material that the team at Research Matters / Gubbi Labs Research Foundation, in its sole discretion, finds to be in violation of these Terms or otherwise objectionable, and you are solely responsible for the User Submissions that you post to this website.
